Refund policy

14-day return window

At Homonth, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive the item.

Return conditions

Unused, complete, original packing when possible. Opened sprays or used wash tools returned incomplete may not qualify as new.

Email gracesutton434737@outlook.com before you ship anything back.

Return shipping fee

If the product arrives damaged, is different, or not working, Homonth covers return shipping. Personal-reason returns: you cover the label.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping policy

US warehouse packing

Partner carriers include FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL. Orders pack in about 1 to 3 business days. After the label is created, US delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days.

This catalog ships the thirteen listed car-care SKUs only. Volume discounts (Buy 1/2/3) apply automatically at checkout. We do not run subscribe-and-save boxes or free-gift promotions.
